Fruehauf’s Summer Fun

One of my favorite families to photograph. The Fruehauf’s are always up for fun and have such a great attitude. It’s been a few summers now and they are practically pros in front of the camera.

Carissa's Senior (SDSU) Beach Shoot

Carissa wanted her senior portraits, from San Diego State University, at one of her favorite spots in San Diego, the beach! It was a classic day, little wind, no crowds and just a little cloud cover. Carissa was great, photo after photo was close to perfect. Thanks Carissa  and good luck in grad school!

Taylor and Riley in Love

Expecting mom, Taylor and dad to be, Riley were the best in 50 degree weather of Alpine, CA. I spent some time and applied textures and frames to several images that screamed, do something with me. All photographs were shot available light with a little bounce fill with my favorite reflector from CA Sunbounce. Some of the textures were my own and others, along with the frames from Graphicauthority.com I think this is the best tree I’ve ever found. Good luck guys.

Chris Atkinson’s Senior Beach Shoot in La Jolla

Cathedral Catholic senior Chris Atkinson was awesome to photograph this past January for his senior portrait at Windansea beach. On the day of the shoot, Chris’s parents, Steve Atkinson (senior News Anchor at Channel 10 News) and his mom Katherine came along and were immediately put to work holding reflectors and lugging gear. They were great sports. Towards the end of Chris’s shoot, we photographed all of them together in a few different setting on the main beach at Windansea. Steve and Katherine were so easy to photograph-I guess you’d say they were real pros. Thanks to all and good luck, Chris with your first year of college.

Senior Collage from the Summer

Here is the collage we’re using to showcase some of the great photos we did this past summer of our high school seniors. Each of these seniors did such a nice job and now we’re looking forward to spring and of course the summer, with nice warm weather.

Seniors Rachel and Sabrina wanted a fun colorful look for their senior photos and Artists Village in Balboa Park was the perfect location. Friends for many years, Rachel and Sabrina were loads of fun and so easy to work with. Thanks for making my job the best.
